HEALTH BOARD MEMBER (4)

General Statement: The Health Board is an all Tribal Member Health Board (7) that provides general policy guidance and direction to the Tribal Health & Human Services Department. Programs include Community Health Nursing (Pre-natal Clinic, Well Child Clinic, Family Practice Clinic, Womans Health Clinic, Immunization Clinic, and Public Health Nursing), Community Health Representatives Program (Health Education), Diabetes Project, Counseling & Family Services, Social Services (Indian Child Welfare), Four Directions Treatment Center (Native Youth Visions), Health Administration, Contract Health Services/Business Office, and Victim Advocacy Programs.


AIR QUALITY PROGRAM MANAGER

General Statement: This is a program manager position responsible for employee supervision, contract compliance, and for the oversight of specific program operations as delegated by the Land Use Department Director and/or Fort Hall Business Council. Essential management functions are performed in compliance with the Tribal Management Systems and Executive Directives. Will plan, supervise and direct the development and implementation of air quality monitoring, compliance and enforcement program for the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes.


INDIAN HIGHWAY SAFETY OFFICER

General Statement: This position performs technical duties in the enforcement of the laws and regulations and investigations pertaining to DUI drivers and traffic safety regulations, within the jurisdiction of the Fort Hall Indian Reservation. Enforces laws and investigates alleged crimes or complaints relating to DUI and traffic safety. Work is performed in compliance with standard law enforcement procedures and statutes contained within the Law & Order Code, Tribal Ordinances and applicable Federal or State statutes as they apply to the positions scope of authority. Provides law enforcement services in a manner that brings credit to the Shoshone-Bannock Tribe. Work includes rotating shifts.


PATROL OFFICER (2)

General Statement: A Police Officer is who keeps the peace, enforces the law and provides public services and emergency response, within the jurisdiction of the Fort Hall Indian Reservation of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes. As a patrol officer the applicant will enforce the Tribes Law & Order Code, Tribal laws, Federal and adhere to state statutes, as they apply to the positions scope of authority.

TELECOMMUNICATION TECHNICIAN (3)

General Statement: The Telecommunications Technician (TeleTech) provides emergency phone and radio communications service for emergency responders and the general public, during assigned to alternating day and night shifts. A TC is capable of receiving a variety of calls from clam and simple to highly stressful and complicated. The TC maintains a regular and assuring voice to dispatch concise and informative information between he caller and responders. Works rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays and on-call emergency coverage.


MAINTENANCE WORKER

General Statement: This position is located at the Shoshone-Bannock Junior Senior High School, Fort Hall, Idaho. Duties are to be performed in and on the 60,000 square foot main facility, the bus garage and the athletic grounds. The purpose of this position is to perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting work, and grounds maintenance as required, in addition to other duties as assigned.

The maintenance worker performs a variety of routine semi-skilled tasks in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, structures, grounds keeping and landscape maintenance, operating and maintaining related equipment. Annotates and updates work logs for specific site requirements compatible with FMIS. Activates and deactivates building alarms and responds to alarm calls during and after regular work hours; maintains clean, safe, and orderly work sites.

The work is to ensure that the facilities structure and equipment are maintained at the highest possible level to ensure a good learning environment.


BAILIFF SUPERVISOR
